"Meet The New Japan" Campaign 2013

At first glance, this looks like something that the Japan National Tourism Organization would put up. Instead,  details about the folks behind this campaign led me to Infiorata Associates, which seems to specialize in events management, and mid- to large-scale landscape gardening (primarily using flowers) (correct me if I’m wrong). 
How this relates to tourism is a mystery to me. Nonetheless, while there isn’t much much information available on this campaign itself, it appears to be a legitimate effort to boost tourism within the Tokyo prefecture (not just the city) and the Kansai region (Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, etc). It has a calender of events, shopping guides and a brief description of the various cities of interest. 
This discovery comes at an excellent time for me as I will be in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka from March 25 to 5 Apr – smack in the middle of the Hanami season. I’m sure this website will be put to good use by others who are traveling to these areas.
