中島美嘉 Nakashima Mika『僕が死のうと思ったのは』I Thought I Would Have Died

After months of waiting, Nakashima Mika’s new single I Thought I Would Have Died (僕が死のうと思ったのは) will be released on August 28. The single will contain four tracks (including the lead title’s instrumental track), and will be released in both CD+DVD and CD only formats.
What makes this single special for me is that this is a collaborative effort with amazarashi’s frontman, Akita Hiromu 秋田ひろむ, and the song thus far does not disappoint. While Nakashima’s voice continues to shine, the musical arrangement leaves chunks of footprints that is only unique to amazarashi (even the album’s cover art is not spared). The music video was released on August 5, and while it is not available for viewing outside of Japan via Youtube, can be found on JpopAsia and China’s Tudou
